Office Buildings

In a constant changing world where an epidemic is forcing us to think differently about design, we still realise the deepest need to meet and interact both virtually and physically. Office space will always play an important role in getting people to work together and share common ideas but we realise that the rules of design are going to change and create a new architectural language in the common work space.

Office buildings are going to now be more flexible entities and may be further shared between corporations because technology now permits virtual working environments at home or anywhere else. Even before Covid- 19 the need to share the office environment was beginning to emerge but now we definitely know that the physical working spaces will have to be designed for multiple users and purposes.

   

It's hard to say if offices are  now places where people will continue spending  most of their working lives . But It is always important to consider human scale, which takes the main act in the development of a scheme. 

Office designs indeed require a careful consideration of person to person interactions, mixing creativity, practicality and creating an opportunity to inhabit a high quality space in a distinctive scheme.
